I think I’m paying for stuff I don’t use. Can you check?

Got it. We’re going through your receipts now.

You pay for 11 subscriptions, $214 a month. 4 look unused: a streaming app, a gym, a meditation app and a photo editor. Cancel them?

Yes, cancel all 4.

All 4 cancelled. The photo editor tried a $90 cancel fee. We got it waived and $59.99 refunded.

You’re saving $96 a month, and the $59.99 is going back to your card.

$96/mosaved, plus $59.99 back.

How it works

Text us what happened. The rest is on us.

  1. Text us your numberOne tap opens Messages with your first text ready. Send it, and connect your email with one more tap.
  2. We find every subscriptionWe look through your email for every recurring charge, the ones you forgot included, and text you the list: what each costs a month and what it cost you over the last year. Free.
  3. We cancel, and ask for your money backYou pick the ones you don't want. We cancel each one and ask the company for a refund, in writing, from your inbox. Every offer comes to you first.

Why a tracker isn’t enough

A tracker shows you the charge. Then you still have to cancel it, and “cancel” means a chat bot, a retention offer and a phone call, per service.

When a refund is realistic

Companies don't advertise it, but they refund in these cases regularly, when the ask is clear and in writing.

  1. It renewed and you didn't use it. An annual plan that billed last month, zero logins since: the strongest case there is.
  2. A free trial rolled over. Especially when the reminder never came, or came after the charge.
  3. You were charged twice, or after cancelling. A mistake on their side; refunded almost always, once someone points it out with dates.
  4. The price went up without notice. Many terms require notice before a price change. No notice, good case.
  5. You cancelled, they kept billing. Common with gyms and services with notice periods. The cancellation date is the argument.

We don't send templates. We send the facts, the ask, and a follow-up on a schedule. Every offer the company makes comes to you first; if the first answer is a credit, we say cash, and keep going.

Questions about cancelling and refunds

Can I get a refund on a subscription I forgot to cancel?

Often, yes, especially if you haven't used it since the renewal. The ask is simple: the renewal date, the last use, a request for the unused part back. Companies say yes to this more than people expect. We make the ask and follow up.

How do I cancel a subscription I can't find?

That's what the audit is for: the receipt in your email names the company, the plan and the account it's under, even when the charge on your card doesn't. Text us, and we find it and cancel it from there.

What if they only offer a credit?

A credit is their first answer, not their last. We decline it and ask for the money back the way you paid. If their final answer is still a credit, it comes to you and you decide.

Do you do chargebacks?

Last, not first. A chargeback through your bank can get an account closed and is for when a company won't answer at all. We ask the company first, in writing, and tell you when a dispute is the better route.

How long does it take?

A cancellation is usually confirmed within days. A refund depends on the company: some answer in a day, some need a few follow-ups over a couple of weeks. You hear from us when something needs your yes and when the money is confirmed.

What does it cost?

The audit is free: you get the full list with what each one costs. The work itself is one subscription for everything we do: the first 3 days free, then $20 a month or $100 a year. Your trial starts only when you say yes to our plan.
